Stonetree is a general contractor based in Corvallis. We manage the trades, schedule, and budget, and work directly with owners and architects from planning through completion.
We take on a limited number of new homes and accessory dwellings each year. Fewer projects mean fewer handoffs and faster decisions when something changes on site.
What we build
New Construction
Custom homes built with owners and architects, from early planning or from completed permit drawings.
Accessory Dwelling Units
Detached, attached, and conversion ADUs for family, rental, or work space. Each one is adapted to the property and local permitting requirements.
Renovations
Selected renovations where the existing structure, details, and materials call for careful work. We take on a limited number each year.
